    The rug dimensions are approx 46'x29' (46 feet by 29 feet). It is
    enormous. It is in beautiful condition.

    The rug is from the Merv Griffin estate. Merv Griffin received the rug from out of one of the residences of the Shah of Iran after he was exiled.

    Royalty, A-list Hollywood celebrities and worldwide royalty, including US Presidents all have walked across this carpet. It was the rug in the main roof of the Merv Estate. The property was purchased by our partner with this rug as a part of the sale.

    So many pictures of famous people taken standing on this rug since the 1970's. Lots of cool history.

      What!? That's just a regular... OH... my... gawd! Comically massive (nearly as large as my house), but absolutely awesome in the appropriate palatial context.
