These painted eggs are called "pisanki" and are one of the main attributes of Easter in Poland and other countries of course.
Formerly just painted or dyed, with the passing of time they evolved into other materials and techniques.
All the "pisanki" in the pics come from central and eastern Poland.
Enjoy!
Thank you so much for posting these Ivonne.
I really love the idea of these traditionally decorated eggs - they are all so wonderful!
Thanks Karen and surfdub for your loves and the comment:).
The eggs were boiled before painting, and now ,after years, a desiccated yolk is rattling inside :)
Thanks antiquerose:)
