I found this unusual old tool recently at an estate sale. It is spatula shaped tool with wood handle. Two steel pieces riveted together with top piece having 3/8" diameter holes. It is marked near the handle 3-4 L and at the end 16. If would appreciate if anyone has any ideas as to what is was used for. I've never saw anything like it.
