I found this lamp at a yard sale, and it fits my home decor perfectly.(After I clean it) I like to decorate & collect items that are unusual as they make great discussions. That is why I am posting this lamp, I cannot find anything that even looks like it. There are no markings except for the No.12 that is stamped on the arm. If anybody would have any insight on this lamp I would deeply appreciate any info, as I like to know alittle about the items in my home.

Looks like what you have is a cold blast side or wall mount reflector lantern which could also be carried by hand. It's missing the burner, globe, and reflector which would have been mounted on the upright tube behind the globe. Also called " The Genesee" it is listed in book "Lanterns That lit Our World, book two, page 37, by Anthony Hobson. Rare Lantern if complete.

Oh Thank You very much. It has brought so much discussion in my home as to what it was. It will hang on my wall with a candle in it for decoration.
