I'm hopeful that this is a Welz glass basket because, to me, the decor seems to be Vertical Lines, although I've not seen Vertical Lines in these colours before. If I'm wrong I'd like to know!
The spatter is green aventurine, oxblood and blue on a white ground. The interior is white and the lines are black. It's very sparkly due to the aventurine. Snapped off pontil.

Thanks scott, equally, I'm not sure what you mean. Is it a decor completely new to you, or is it a version of 'Vertical Lines' you've never seen before?
Very unusual colour but the pattern is familiar to my stripes..so to me it's similar to. That... Is it grey?
Hi Anne, between the black lines it looks green and sparkly due to the green aventurine in the spatter mix. I'll re do some photos tomorrow.
Oh no, that's ok, I saw them at night, I can see now they are green...is your base really heavy?
The base doesn't seem to be any thicker/heavier than the walls judging by the translucence when held up to the light. The handle adds a lot of weight though!
thank You for adding a new pic of base. now I'm quite certain that it's Welz, this was made exactly how Welz made it only in different colors, and colors themselves seem to be out of Welz palette, so it's unusual but in my eyes it's definitely Welz.

What a lovely basket - I have never seen one in these colors before, either, but I have to agree that the style and the striping certainly feel Welz-like to me, too!
