Hi everyone.
I have this bottle that is just under 5 inches tall overall. My daughter brought it for me for Christmas from a junk shop in a museum near us. I asked my sister to tell her to get it for me as it was £1.50 ,and she would not know I had asked for it. I saw it and fell in love with it because it only has one tube in the center of a prism and depending on how you turn it the picture is reflected on the two sides. When Micky gave it to me I looked inside and thought it was filthy and thought about washing it ,but I left it alone and looked it up on the internet hence I came up with a snuff bottle, the question is am I right or wrong? On closer inspection I do believe the picture is painted inside the tube but it has no sign of a signature.
The cap and bottle I believe are made of glass , but the stopper piece inside is squidgy and has no little spoon attached to it. It fascinates me and I lay in bed sometimes and just stare at it.
Could anyone out there give me any ideas as to what it is ? I would love to know more about it if possible.
