I do not know anything about this piece. My wife was the collector, and I am going through and trying to figure out what most of the pieces are. This is a 4 inch green ring with a notch in the top where hardware could attach. It is possible that it could be a towel ring. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

It could be uranium glow glass if it's old. Try testing it under a black lite
