It would seem your bottle was produced between 1935 and 1964 based on the embossing.

“FEDERAL LAW FORBIDS SALE OR REUSE OF THIS BOTTLE” This law went into effect in 1935 and was repealed on December 1, 1964

Be aware that the embossing went on for years after the law was repealed because it was less expensive to leave the embossing and there was no requirement to remove it. The law applied to bottles containing alcoholic beverages in an effort to keep bootleggers from refilling and reselling bottles.

Bonded Beam bottle and circa 1960's

Jim Beam Cleopatra and Anthony - 1962 issue - would have had a white stopper top. Whoever made it into a lamp ruined it as a Beam collectible but don't worry, they are quite plentiful and available for around 15-20$ (with original stopper)
