    Can anyone identify this tool? We bought it recently at a reclamation yard. We want to know what it is used for and it's approximate age.

    It says on it, #olborn co London or #ulborn co London. Made in England. The first letter is unclear and has been scratched off.

      I would think this was originally marked Holborn and was a banding tool.
