Pottery Ringed pale green?

I have this piece of earthenware? I have no idea who made it? I do know... it was part of my Grandmother's Estate. I personally have owned it for over 40 years... She was an avid collector of Asian Antiques, California Pottery, ie: Johanna, Fenton, Fostoria, Galle', etc...
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I seem to have lost my measuring tape! I can tell you it is rather large and heavy!
