Rare Advertising Rule

This one foot, two fold rule advertises Caldbeck MacGregor & Co. wine merchants of Shanghai and Hong Kong and mentions several of their agents elsewhere in the Far East. The other side is graduated in inches. The arch joint is of the early type, so the rule is probably at least 100 years old.
