It's... Interesting?

I may not even be in the right section to post this. I apologize, if so. I purchased this a few months ago (used) in Ohio, not really knowing what it is or what to do with it. All I thought is that it looked cool and I wanted to find a use for it.

The only markings i can find are on the bottom, on a small piece of paper that reads :

DATE 02/07

Dimensions:

length 64"
height 15"
depth 22"

Again, this may not even be in the right category, but I'd like help in identifying what it is (brand/year/purpose, whatever). Can anyone point me in the direction?
