    The bottom is marked Royal Worcester. I found the little fork with it, but don't know if it belongs. Looks kike salt & pepper shakers are built in. The round pot on top does not swivel, it is fixed. There is a horizontal trough under the pot but don't know what should be in there. Think the yellow part is enameled.
    Is about 5.5" across x not quite 4" high.
    Any help is appreciated

      I would have said that it was a condiment set with the middle bowl for mustard, however they usually come with a small spoon, and often lid. The trough is intriguing, if it were for a burner to keep a sauce / clarified butter warm, I doubt if it would be that shape.
