If there was one thing I just can't get enough of it is these. The working of the rim makes me think Welz but I expect that this will remain in the (huge) unknown pile! Of course, feel free to put me out of my misery.
It would have been marked if in the US, but of course we don't see many marked pieces in the UK.
It is a bijou 15.5cm high.
