This rose bowl was already quite a complicated shape, then green veining was added! Pics 1, 2 and 3 show that the diameter of the veining could vary greatly. Pic. 4 is trying to show that the veining has been pushed into the surface by the moulding process.
Height 11.5 cm./4.5 inches Diameter 12 cm./4.75 inches
It is wonderful. So Spring! Love the frog too.
Sincerely,
Lisa

Too pretty!
Hi Karen. Wow what a pretty vase. I've never seen this pattern before, let alone any posy bowls with 'veins'
Thank you, kivatinitz, for your lovely comment.
Hi, Fran, Peggy here :-) Love your enthusiasm....thanks! In fact I like vases with applications of any sort!
Peggy! Where did Karen come from? Sorry about that. I agree, I love applications, particularly threading. I guess it's not uranium glass? (I should know, I'm the expert ;) it'd look great under uv if it was.
I've no idea whether any of my glass is uv re-active. Come to that I've never understood why uranium glass is so prized by so many people....just between you and me!!!!!
Love it !!!!!!
