    BOUGHT THIS TODAY AT THE LOCAL BOOT MARKET,SEEMS TO BE SOME SORT OF MEASURING DEVICE,I have no idea what this is,made of brass,and made in Japan,any info to put me at ease please,i would think it belongs to a CARTOGRAPHER OR DIAMOND CUTTER,just a wild guess.
