Does anyone can tell me more about this Italian accordion?

All what I know, is that it is pure handmade and that it has 120 basses.

I'll be really thankful if somebody could tell me anything about it.

Is it worth to make a restoration?

    regards,

    Zlatko

Is it possible to get somewhere an information or picture of Mr. Welk with this accordion?
