I am happy to share my latest Rindskopf addition - a 7.5" tall vase in a very pretty pink, in Rindskopf's honeycomb decor. It has a lovely iridescence over the honeycomb texture, which I think really sets it off well. The silver collar is rather worn, but I believe the date stamp is for London, 1924, and the maker's initial starts with D, most probably for David Loebl. Thanks to two good friends for pointing this vase out to me! :)
This is so very very pretty Michelle007.. And your photos once again show it off beautifully, and I think the tiny little dints on the collar work show it has been handled and loved over its many years ...character as they say...wouldn't bother me at all....:-)
Oh my Michelle.....the colour, the texture, the sheen.....all of it gorgeous!
I love the color Michelle!
FanciGirl, inky, Rick & sklo, thanks so much! I really do like the honeycomb decor - the texture really helps to show off the iridescence. And inky, I agree, the wear on the collar doesn't bother me, either - it just shows it was enjoyed over the years! :)
