Vintage LAS VEGAS plate or souvenir plate. Nice PINK trim on it. I think several of the places are now gone -- or renamed. Seems to have a real older Flair to it. The image is raised as in a 3D type. Really screams LAS VEGAS !! LOL

The MGM Grand opened in 1973 - notice the signage - the headliner is Sergio which would be Sergio Franchi, below that is Joan Rivers -- "When the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino opened at the end of 1973, Sergio Franchi was the first star that was signed and his frequent MGM Grand Hotel co-star, Joan Rivers, became the highest paid opening act in Las Vegas." - This 1974 photo shows all the same acts as on your signage on the plate, including Fabian and Carmen McRae at the bottom;
