      It is a Foil picture. I know these were popular in the 1970s / 1980's era as I still have a few of mine that I bought. Found some kinda similar that were made by DUFEX. Not sure if yours is or not ....as I assume there are other makers of these. Your is Cool with Mickey / Minnie and the Car. It does have that 1970's/1980s vibe to it. I think yours is *more striking subject* than the ones I listed below. I like yours better !!!
