I work in one of the largest commercial buildings in NYC and one of the floors are being renovated . So I found this in the dumpster in the building . I looked the artists up and some of his prints are pricey. I have no idea how old this is,
I cant tell you how old either but it looks a lot like a paint-by-numbers painting I have on my wall that my grandfather did in the 1960's.

The New York Frame & Picture Company was located at that address from about 1965 to 1987 - this does not tell when the painting was done, only the time period it was framed. -- The artist died in 1970, but you probably knew that already.
