Fire-king trivet limited edition?

I found this Fire king glass trivet-clear with red details around it in the country side of Quebec, Canada. Not too far from Montreal but closer to the american border. It was being sold by an old man that has a bunch of stuff outside his house. You can see the stuff that stays outside 12 months a year, including kitchenware, old toys and not many valuable.
I never saw a trivet with this pattern around it, nor had I seen anything else with the same pattern. If anyone else could offer some info...
