Many thanks to Warren in his help on this ID. I have eyed this decor for a while and I never knew why. I love the shape. Very classic and the decor is amazing. This stands over 8" and has the most wonderful iridescence. Very subtle... Many thanks for looking.
This is attributed to Heckert (by Zalasko). Until further confirmation is out there. We will never have a difinitiv ID. Maybe Heckert or Kralik.
Lovely shape great colour good score xoxoxo
Very beautiful colors.
what an interesting post. compliments
Zowie, many thanks my friend !! XXX
Lee, sorry to say that Stefania is most probably wrong with her attribution to Fritz Heckert. I rather would suggest Kralik as maker.
For sure there is disagreement among some over Dr. Zelasko's findings. In the Heckert book, there is no line drawing that matches these shapes - it appears she is attempting to link the vases to Heckert/Thamm by virtue of the fact that one of the vases in this shape is a "Silberband". I wonder, due to her influence, where Passau has these pieces now? At any rate, until she is proven wrong, or until she provides something more definitive, I'm sure the disagreements will continue. I'm keeping an open mind on these.

Kivatinitz, I think so also. Food for thought.
