In the 1970s, PNI of Englewood, CO, made a series of strange (at the time) decorator phones. Subjects included a gumball machine, giant soft drink and beer cans, chest phones and replica wood wall phones.

Ken, Nice find! If you don't see a date on it, you're on your own! The model was probbly made from the mid-1970s to mid-1980s.
I have a Paul Nelson Telephone it is contain in a beautiful wood boxit says: Model #2010 Serial #500 Number 05411 somebody told me that it was part of the Presidential collection series.
