Hope someone can help me on this. It appears to be an Train Illustration by a NICK MIKA a Canadian. From what I can find on the Net he has illustrated books, and wrote books on this subject. So now what I need help with -- this is not just Pen and ink type of picture. If you can see from the pics posted, the colors are raised. So is this oil paint on top, screen printing, or even wood block ?? painting.
I have found examples of Pen and Ink, but not colors ones with raised texture to them. I would say *ORIGINAL* it is. So could this have been painted to be a sample used in the book, or this pic was photographed ot use in a book.
Might it be really Rare item with only a few painting?? Or is it like a colored litho cell to be used for photographs in books. I just do not know how to describe this.
I tried to post pics so you could kinda see the glossy raised paint on the print. It looks all original to me the print and the colors on top.
It is for the Canadian National ( CN ) Train as the little plaque in the pic to state that. Is this piece Rare??
If anyone can help it will be Greatly appreciated,

I think I found something really good here (??) and for .99 cents.
Does anyone know the medium I would call this? As can you see the 3D effect on the picture of the raised (?) oil....but I would not call this an oil painting, so what is the medium used? Something like silk screen as it has lots of detail, raised, and a shine to it under the light?? Clueless in Canada.....LOL
Thanks for the loves, always appreciated: Hugs back !!
