You may think this is only goblet but it's not.
It is tradition, it is graftsmanship, it is beauty, it is elegant....????
Hand blown and hand cut, clear class, height 150mm.
In production early 1900's to 1969.
Thaks to all likers ;)
I don't collect art glass or pressed anymore. I like a most these late 1800's or early 1900's hand blown glasses. I always wonder and admire skills, who make these.
In this glass you have to do three different(bowl, leg&plate) part and fit them together.
I recognise that cross hatch pattern on matte etched background. This is an Irish bucket bowl glass from approximately 1820, probably made by Cork Glass Co. I have a decanter that would go with it. I will load a picture on my account for you.
It isn't. In Finland these items are made between 1900-1969 in Nuutajärvi glassworks. These "Antica" patterns are made worldwide so your Irish info can be right also.
I look your decanter(lovedecanters) and there is slight differences also, like crosses are deeper and wider cutted in this one.
Anyway it was famous patter and made all over world.
