My parents gave me this watch in the late 1940s. On the front it says Ingersoll, circle c copyright and something after that I can't figure out, Made in U.S.A. at bottom and on back 3824 and U.S.Time. It still works.

The W.D.P. is for Walt Disney Productions, the copyright holder

aghcollect has hit it dead center on what the W.D.P. and copyright marker......To add a little info. This is a 1947 Ingersoll/US Time Mickey Mouse watch, the 48's look very similar, but the word "Ingersoll" was removed from the dial and copyright marker was moved up a touch. Nice watch, Thanks for sharing.
