Unsigned oil spot vase?

I have had this piece for a while now and I still no nothing about it. As you can see it is uneven in form which would suggest a hand blown rather then a molded piece. It has a rough pontil mark. I have no idea if this is a vintage piece of art glass or a contemporary piece. My pictures are not the best and I just cant capture the true colors that are found in the glass but I feel as if it is a nice piece. If any one can help me identify a maker/age I would be thankful.
