    Hi
The vase/vessel has been in our possession for close to 60 years and was given to my partner in Malaysia where see is from originally. I spent some time on the net and viewed some thousands of vases and have never seen anything like this. It is hallmarked with the artists name and a period hallmark as shown.

The most striking aspect is the wall thickness which is around 15 mm thick and weighs around 2 kilo,s !!!

16cm tall and 12cm at the widest point.

Any thoughts on its origin? could be Beijing Transparent Sapphire Glass? and age?
