Nice piece -- Love the Blue. I do not think it is Murano Art Glass -- as I had a few pieces like this over the years. They had different makers. I will dig to see if I can find the photos.
See what others say as for ID, as I am just my own person here. I do not try to *perfect* at Knowing everything......LOL........Lordy, Lordy !!!
I don't believe it's Murano Surfdub. I think it's Chinese, and I'll tell you why. This is a sommerso piece. In the last pic, you can see a ring of white glass that comes to the very edge of the base with blue in the center. An authentic Murano sommerso piece would have a complete blue base and the white core would have been entirely covered and not come to the edge -especially in a circle with a hollow center. I don't know exactly how the Chinese do this. I believe the shell is mold blown with a hollow interior and the inner glass or plastic is added afterward, which is the reason you see the white at the very edge of the base. Here are a couple of Chinese figurines in my collection (which I mistakenly thought were Murano and Tiffany respectively). I bought these when I first started collecting and didn't know the difference from one piece to another. On the red and white rabbit, you can clearly see the tell-tale "ring" of white glass or plastic - which is hollow BTW- and filled with the clear glass. The turtle, had a Chinese Murano label covering a hole, which is where they inject the interior glass. They didn't even bother to cover the hole with glass as with yours and my rabbit (poor quality Chinese Murano I guess). Anyway, I hope this helps. -Rick

Thanks Rick for the informative post!! I did not feel it was Murano either.
~ I had something like this in the early days of collecting -- and it was made by Ikea....but I do not believe Murano. Lovely bowl as Blue always displays well !!

Sorry to Hi-jack your post....
Your Blue Bowl is still a Great Piece of Decor. I read somewhere (not sure where) but BLUE was the most loved color for any Art Glass....
Of course you know I was kidding right Rose?
Thanks antiquerose & Rick55 for your imput on this happy glass , i see where your coming from about the white ring,,
