Found this beauty at a garage sale! Lady was redoing a house, which used to be an ice cream parlor and found this boarded up and dry walled over. Any info as far as dates or anything else would be appreciated, never seen one before!

it's rights around 5 ft long. that's where I bought it from as far as the blinds go so far that's the only picture I have taken.
