Early Loetz Pink Opal DEK III/115Vase, ca. 1890's

This was a rare find for me. This is one piece I was looking for... For a long time. This is a nice example of a Sakura AKA cherry blossom early Loetz piece.
Although this piece is unmarked, this decor has been found on other documented Loetz pieces marked III/115. This piece is my second tallest Loetz. Standing at 18" tall and has the most stunning pink opal or rosaopal (aurora) decor. The pontil is finely polished and the enameling is in incredible condition for being well over 100 years old. I am feeling very blessed!
