Brass Cherub Bell

This is a brass cherub bell that stands about 5-1/4" tall. It is marked inside with the words: Elkingtons, Art Gold Bronze, Registered
This bell was found in my aunts angel collection and I would like to know something about the company that made it. I can't find any info on line. There is an Elkington that made silver in England, but this is with the letter "s". This is a very nice, heavy, well made bell. Any info anyone can give me would be appreciated.
