WWII European Radio/Turntable Cabinet

Can anyone help to ID this item?

My grandparents brought it back from Europe after WWII. My grandfather was stationed in Nuremburg for the trials, and then Czechloslovakia where he married my Ukrainian grandmother. My mother was born in Prague.

This cabinet (along with a similar matching bar) came back with them. I cannot find any notation of the maker. Nor can I find anything that resembles this with the two doors and decorative artwork (stars on the door, flowers on top).

Also note there are no feet nor legs; it sits flat on the floor.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Edit: so we've discovered that the radio is Emerson and the turntable is Dual. Apparently my grandfather must have bought it from the Px as the knobs are all labelled in English. It came over from Europe in 1952.
