This sits on five clear feet. The main part is square, ribbed and topped off by a square 'funnel'. The ribbing is not easy to see due to the spatter. Image four shows the same shape without the 'funnel'.

I am of the opinion that this décor is a Welz spatter. I believe it is a distinctive combination of colors, and found on many of the items in this image:
