Unknown sugar shaker, salt shaker, and mustard

Just back from the glass show in Carlisle pa and a friend of mine had the sugar and salt shaker. I had the mustard from a few years. The sugar shaker is very unusual and I have never seen it before. The top is also unusual. There are no threads but a twist lock type attaching method. The glass des glow under a black light. The decoration winds around each piece, especially the sugar shaker. I believe that they are not American made.
So, the question is, does anyone know these pieces? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
