I wish to learn what style back (Splat?) this is on the Chair. It IS possible I am misinformed regarding the maker. The set includes round-cornered table spindled and reeded column design double pedestals with 1 leaf, a monopod support leg styled Marlborough, no foot, beneath the center of the table. It can be slid either direction to support table w/extensions. inserted. Chairs are non-footed on the rear and Spade foot on the front. Seat and Padding are original, seat cover (after removing 4 layers) is Whisper Vinyl (rose shade) and is my second re-upholstery, we have had the set since 1984, having purchased many pieces from retiring in-laws who had this as far back as maybe 1953. I quickly reupholstered in ribbed fabric which I replaced with Whisper Vinyl for ease of cleaning with houseful of kids. I also cut a simple table-mat of same yardage for tabletop. Wood was refinished in 1998 by a local craftsman who was able to cut an entire side rail due to a cracked leg. In addition, previous owner added 2 leaves from a similar table and cut, stained, and finished 3 more. Table extended requires 120+ inch tablecloths and seats about 20. Sideboard has one long drawer, 3 cabinet doors below. Foot appears to be French Bracket on the front, but curves sideways not outward. Rear feet are Block Foot. I have 4 Depression-era pink wine glasses placed. Corner China has 2 glass doors above 2 cabinet doors, has the Bracket Foot. Wall unit was also built, finished, and installed by A. A. Krempel, much loved Husband, Dad, Grandpa and GreatPappa.
