Metal toolbox of some sort. I believe its military issued. Can't find any stamp or information anywhere on it.

Ok thanks. Any idea on brand? Or age?

Try pulling the drawers out and look for a paper production tag stuck under one of them. From the paint, my guess would be a craftsman of the 60-70 era. You can find old craftstman catalogs online, to try and do a visual match as well. Nice looking box, either way.

The brand tag for this would have been a sticker (on the left side where only the glue residue remains) - garagejournal had one of these posted but they weren't sure if it was an MBC or a Kennedy brand. - I believe they dated it to the mid-1950's - they were made in both the gray hammered finish like yours and also a brown finish.

I see the brand logo tag is gone, I'm speaking of the production run paper! What's he got to loose to look for it? I have found several, sometimes in pieces.
