Many thanks, Penny, for the comment, link and the love, much appreciated.
I see many with this decor(pulled feather) in Ridskopf , not see that in Kralik.
Of coarse what the hell do I know( I am a Newcomer) in this glass universe.
Well, will see what the others glass collectors have to say.

Hi Alan...my intention was not to say that in no! way your vase isn't possible a Rindskopf and only!! a Kralik...it's just that to date! this mark has been found primarily on Kralik pieces..it is after all I believe just in-port mark...what you have may be a very rare (as no one else has found one) Rindskopf piece of glass... and you have certainly got juices flowing!...:-)

My instinct would be Rindskopf based upon the pieces of the same and similar shapes in known Rindskopf decors from my own collection, though none of mine are marked... here...

I have the same vase in orange feather, but no markings - 9" tall ... could be Kralik, but looks Rindskopf to me. I haven't see the green colored decor before. It must be pretty rare! Might be Kralik based on the Czechoslovakia mark, but maybe also a very uncommon marked Rindskopf piece. I love it no matter who made it!

beyemvey, I am thrill to read your comment, alway's being suspicious, even with many comment suggested Kralik, still not sure, like you mention, could be Kralik, but the chance also could turn to Rindskopf, could be a rare mark from the company, so much still be be discover on Bohemian glass, for me i just discover this universe of Art glass almost 2 years ago, already have close to hundred pieces already, very addictive, and I LOVE IT.
Like you,I love very much Rindskopf too, i just win a small vase pull feather fews day's ago, it's in the mail today, I will be more then happy to get your experiance opinion on it.

Many thanks for this wonderful comments, links and the love, very much appreciated that you take some of your time to stop by.

      Regards
      Alan
