These were found in a garage after the owner was deceased. The case is in poor shape as the black paint is peeling off the metal case, but there is a design on or in the paint. The inside has black felt, that is in good shape.
The mechanism on the case is in excellent shape. The glasses ear pieces are weird and made of a plastic material, and the glasses flex back and forth at the nose piece and work perfectly. They are without any scratches on the lens, crystal clear green glass. Very intriguing. Has anyone ever seen these? In his youth he rode many motorcycles. Also, his gradfather was a jeweler and as was the way in that era, made all eye wear.

      Greetings S&P,
These glasses were the ones my father wore, it must have been about the early 1950's. He used them driving the car (later) but mostly on the motorcycle, as they protected well against bugs. If you ever plan on parting with it I would be very interested. It brings back lots of memories of my father. Thank you for posting it...
Have you since seen of other samples of it... Google pictures, I tried, does not show pictures that are similar to it. They are exceptional.
Keep me posted if you like,
      Joe
