This clock and timer was an option for the Westinghouse Roaster. The roaster plugs into the clock and the clock plugs into an outlet. The bottom left and right controls are for the timer. The top control sets the clock. You push in the center/bottom knob to set the clock. Stilll learning by doing on this.
In the second photo the clock is upside down. You can see where the roaster plugs into the clock. Note cord is heavy duty to deal with the power going to the roaster.
Also two tiny screws can be seen on top of the clock in the second photo. It is upside down so that is actually the bottom. The purpose for the screws is to attach it to the stand. A post for that coming very soon.
WANT ONE OF THESE SO BADLY!!!
