    This African I think ?? Wood carving is of a woman kneeling with her baby in a pouch on her back , she is very heavy & I'm pretty sure she's made of Lignum vitae ..
    She kneels at 12" h ..
    I picked her up for 50p covered in dust & grime that took quite a while to clean ...think she was made a few years ago, I love these type of carvings , especially the lignum ones :-)
