2nd plate painting of a Eastern Towhee
Found five of these at the GW here in Suffolk, VA.
Check out Nellie May Hoke who married Robert Ernest Hicks. She was born in 1909 and died in 1993. Virginia.

I researched her some time ago and was amazed.
Even though she was born in Lenore NC....SHE was married in Petersburg VA and is also buried in Emporia VA....which I have been going through Emporia Twice A Week To My brothers. Her husband Robert Ernest Kitts is from Tazewell VA. Found these in Suffolk VA ...sad the items family members get rid of.
