Razorooni
(1 item)
Hi I am new to this, but I need help finding out about this bottle. I bought it from a garage sale (or a car boot sale or a yard sale, however you say it) and I can't find any information about it anywhere. The black box beside it is a music box, with a trigger that when you lift it, it plays 'Home on the Range' to tell you someone's taking your alcohol, (I'm guessing it is an alcohol bottle, that's what it smelled like when I bought it) but it broke off when I went to clean it. The bottle or music box has no description or engravings to tell me where it came from or who made it. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
Very beautiful! bottle !! heres a tip for new people on collectors weekly , when ask for help on your postings ............. Please post 4 pictures and the the markers mark if any . that way we help you better as well.
Thanks Sean68, I didn't think of that. I will try to get more photos soon!
Your very welcome Razorooni!!
Razorooni I also have this very decanter thought mine has no musical base. this decanter has not one single makers mark or identification marks what so ever. Has anyone come up with any new information on this item?
The musical movement if a manual wind would have a mark on it. If its Swiss made and a Thorens, then the musical movement is worth something. But the Musical movement would be an add in and not the maker of the bottle.
