found 8 of these in my father's estate can anyone tell me about them

I found 8 of these plates in my father's estate, I know nothing about them. All 8 look to be in perfect condition no chips or cracks other than the usual ageing cracking, they have gold leaf on them and on the back it says PAREEK with a crown under that word, then Johnson Bros England and then the word "BALMORAL". And off to the left of the plate is a number or a letter can't be sure witch one.it's one of these, a capital "N" or capital "Z or the number 2. Or maybe just the mark of the craftsman. I would appreciate any information about them I'm not sure what to do with them. Thank You all.
