From my father's estate

Can anyone tell me about these two chairs. I have looked over them and can't find any markings. They seem to have the onrignel fabric on them because I don't see any extra nail or staple holes. The legs have metal on the bottom of them and the bottom of the chairs the mesh that covers it looks like old potato sacks. Notime sure what to do with them and they are in excellent condition. Any information about them would be great.
