    This looks to be a small lamp shade, it is it'd glass and some metal that was poured. It is a beautiful piece, and I really love the stained glass type if pattern it has.

      Looks pretty cool. Seems to a Tiffany glass style or like Tiffany glass. Don't know if they are vintage. There are a few lamps like these on eBay.

      My limited experience of Tiffany is that the work is finer than this. Smaller panes of glass, thin lines of lead. I also don't know that Tiffany ever made a parrot lamp. I could be wrong, of course. You could ask on this page, if you have an FB account.
