I enjoy collecting railroad stock certificates. I collect most because I have a genuine interest in the railroad company, being local, ones I have travelled over, etc. I do collect others just because of their images. These certificates were printed long before computers and CAD systems. These were all printed from plates engraved by hand by master craftsmen. These engravings are true works of art in their own right. Shown are two that I literally just picked up a few hours ago at a flea market. Just beautiful.
