Torpille Glass vase"XX century

Everyone.
I found this Nice Torpille vase, few day's ago, i named torpille, because it's shape like one, go figure, nice clear ground with hundred of bubble beetween two layer of glass, irridescent top blue rim, i see something similar few month ago on Internet, but i did't put this link in a shortcut, now i don't know, who could be the possible make, if anyone see something similar, please feel free to comment.
This vase stand 9.75 inch tall, 3 inch wide, 1.50 inch top rim, on a 2.50 inch base.
