HELP. I purchased this lamp at my favorite place, and when I got to the car, it fell apart. The oil globe to the metal base just fell off. LUCKY me I caught it and it did not get damaged. What Can I use to re-glue the metal to the glass base, as it does screw on, but is not safe to stay that way? This is an Aladdin Nu-type Model B that has been electrified. no burner but the shade and oil globe are in great shape. I think the pattern is Majestic Corinthian, but I am a novice in this category and would also ask for the pattern to be confirmed.

Thank you all in advance for your guidance in helping me with this.

can't see any treads for screwing the parts together in the photos. Typically non-treaded parts were/are often held together with dental plaster. Soak to soften and remove any remaining plaster and then re-plaster..

A Majestic and a Corinthian are two different models. Your lamp is a Majestic with green moonstone. Dental plaster is what they used back in the day, but if you want to use modern day technology, you should use a two part epoxy resin. The hybrid Oriental/Lincoln Drape that I posted was glued together using a two part epoxy.
